On March, 13th 2018 researchers, environmental conservation organizations, international experts and government representatives join forces to share experiences and information related to bears conservation in Myanmar and in Southeast Asia.

Meeting details

Date: 13th March

Time: 09:00 to 17:00

Venue: The Hotel Amara, No. (11), Yarza Thingaha Road, Hotel Zone (1), Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.

Logistics details

Travel: Participants are requested to arrange their transportation to Nay Pyi Taw.

Accommodation: The Amara Hotel offers a wide range of rooms types. Participants are requested to arrange their stay (if needed) in Nay Pyi Taw.

NB: Travel and accommodation costs for one night will be reimbursed to one speaker for each organization who will communicate his/her interest in presenting data on bears conservation by the 26 of February. Due to the high number of expected speeches, speakers and presentations will be selected according to the relevance to the general topic of the event and to the uniqueness of the proposed subject.
